Susan, I think you did a great job getting my head right. I certainly wouldn't be married to a great lad if it wasn't for your counselling. I will always remember what you've done for me. Thanks again.

Dear Susan, just a note to say a Big Thank You for your professional help a few months ago. I really do feel that it has helped me and am very grateful.
Hi Susan, I spent many a snivelling hour on your couch unburdening so much old debris. Anyway - i've waited a couple of months now just to be sure - but I really do feel like a new person thanks to your counselling. I never dared to think that life could really look this good and that I could ever feel this positive. Thank you!
Love K (from Japan and London)
Thank you, Susan, for my liberating session, I'm still smiling. R (London)
In just four sessions of hypnotherapy, Susan has changed my outlook on life. From feeling quite depressed and lacking in confidence, I now feel optimistic, energetic and with a real sense of purpose as a result of my sessions with Susan. I am now sleeping soundly after suffering from insomnia, have started exercising again and have a much greater sense of self belief. Susan is a very warm and caring professional who truly listens and responds fully to the needs of each person. I recommend lifestyle therapy with Susan Leigh wholeheartedly. K G, Altrincham, Cheshire
Just a quick note to say thank you for all your hard work over the last eight months as a regular contributor to the afternoon programme here at BBC GMR. I hope you'll agree the weekly items were very successful and this was greatly down to forward planning and your expertise in the field of advice and what we call the 'agony aunt' department !! It's been a great pleasure to work with you and I hope that the friendship continues even now we are not continuing the Lee Stone programme. ! I know you are continuing your work in the afternoon with the new BBC GMR programme and wish you all the best. Yours sincerely S, BBC Producer, Manchester
All my love and thanks for helping me find my way in life S, Chorlton, Manchester
Susan, this is a good chance to thank you a million times for what you have done for me. Sorry its been so long getting in touch but what with the wedding i've been rushed off my feet - but that's no real excuse. I think you did a great job getting my head right. I certainly wouldn't be as happy and settled as I am now if it wasn't for you. I will always be grateful for your help. Thanks again Love K, Cheshire
Dear Susan, A very, very, very belated but warm Thank You for all your help for both of us last year. Big thanks for all your help. Much love R and J, Sale, Cheshire
Dear Susan, I am writing to inform you of changes on the Late Show. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for all the kind and hard work you have done for the Programme over the last few months. Since the programme has started we've had fantastic feedback from listeners to all the phone-in topics that we cover and we couldn't continue to offer that facility without your generosity. I know it's late in the evening ! .......and long so thank you very much for your time, effort and friendliness. Once again, Thank you for your committment and flexibility on The Late Show. Its greatly appreciated by the team here at BBC Radio Manchester.
Susan, thank you for all your help and encouragement over the last six months. Best wishes AS, Altrincham, Cheshire

Susan, just a few words to say Thank You for your help earlier this year. I feel fine now, but I don't think I could have done it without you. Thank you for being my 'life saver' RM Altrincham, South Manchester
Not enough hours in the day?
It's startling how many of my friends have suffered from stress - 'life overload' - and how difficult it can be to firstly recognise it and then get away from it.
Susan Leigh wrote this article some time ago - she writes regularly for Huffington Post and has hit the nail on the head for me so many times. I love her approach and her skill, and can wholeheartedly recommend her for a sane point of view and a 'map out of the maze'.
I don't suffer from stress any more - I cancelled my subscription long ago and, in spite of life's regular invitations to buy in again, I refuse to do so. As many close friends will know, the source of my confidence and inner peace is my faith - Jesus loves me. You can't beat that feeling. But for those who haven't taken up that option yet, perhaps someone like Susan can help.
Be happy, people - life's too short to waste a moment in sadness or worry.
